When can I expect my order?

All of our items are custom made upon ordering. This means you get an even more specially crafted piece for your home (yay!) but also means our items take about 2-3 weeks to ship after you place your order.

What is your return policy?

We want to remind you, that as with all handmade items, variations will occur. If you feel your item is damaged or defective, please contact us within within (7) seven days of receipt. Visual proof of items will be required and can be emailed to hello@wildheightsevents.com. we will be in touch with next steps once we’ve processed your request

Of course, we want you to love your new piece as much as we do! If you haven’t fallen in love with your new items, please email us at hello@wildheightsevents.com within (15) fifteen days of receipt. we will be in touch with next steps once we’ve processed your request

Gift receipts will be required for all gift returns.

Returns may be refused at management's discretion.

Any taxes charged will be included with your store credit in accordance with state laws. Shipping costs on returns are the responsibility of the customer or gift recipient.

After receipt of your return, we will process your refund to the original form of payment. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for this request to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation.


How should I return my product?

Forge takes great care to package your items and ensure they arrive to your home safely. Please kindly pack fragile items with the protective materials that you received with your package. Please also note that items must arrive back to us undamaged, unwashed, and unused or they will not be eligible for a return. All shipping costs are non-refundable. Please contact us before mailing back your products.

What if my products are damaged or defective?

As with all handmade items, variations will occur. Damaged or defective products or products that arrived by error must be reported to us within (7) seven days of receipt. Visual proof of items will be required and can be emailed to hello@wildheightsevents.com.

 

You will be shipped replacement items if available. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued in the original form of payment for the cost of the product plus taxes. Kindly note that one replacement request per order will be accepted.

I think my item is missing!

If items are missing from your order upon delivery, please contact us at hello@wildheightsevents.com, no later than (5) five days of receipt of your package. In rare cases when packages may be missing in transit, please kindly notify us within 10 days of receipt of a delivery confirmation email. We would be happy to issue a refund or ship the correct item(s) based on available inventory.
